At Bosscare, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. Whether you're purchasing our advanced massage chairs or accessories, we understand that sometimes your needs change. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy and a 3-year warranty on most new items—giving you peace of mind with every order.
Return & Refund Policy
You may return eligible Bosscare items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your product, provided it is in original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 1–4 business days to post the funds to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:
- Email us at support@bosscare.com
- Include a photo or video of the product (showing the quality issue or unopened packaging)
- Our after-sales team will respond with return instructions and issue a return label if applicable
Sending Your Item Back
After your return is approved:
- You'll receive a prepaid return label
- A Bosscare logistics partner will contact you for pickup (or you can schedule the return)
- Please return the product in original condition with all accessories and manuals
Return Fees & Deductions
While Bosscare offers free returns in most cases, there are certain situations where fees may apply:
- Although most items include at least one free return shipping method, some shipping or drop-off options may incur additional fees. In rare cases, if a customer has an unusually high return rate, Bosscare may also charge a return shipping fee. The amount varies depending on the item and the shipping method selected.
- If you return an item that is damaged, missing parts, used, or not in its original condition—with torn tags, visible wear, or signs of misuse—we may deduct a damage or restocking fee from your refund. In such cases, the refund may be reduced by up to 30% to 100% of the item’s original price, depending on the extent of the damage or loss of resale value.
Sent the Wrong Item?
If you accidentally sent the wrong item back, contact us immediately at support@bosscare.com. Please note we may not be able to retrieve or compensate for items sent in error.
